FOXNews.com - Mexican Hypocrisy? U.S. Neighbor Has Its Own Tough Take on Immigration

Hey everyone,
Read FOXNews.com - Mexican Hypocrisy? U.S. Neighbor Has Its Own Tough Take on Immigration. I don't know about you but I'm not liking this new law that Arizona has passed! This new law is not right! It is a social injustice! That any police can stop someone who looks like an illegal immigrate and demand that they show their papers/ID. That mean I could be walking and then suddenly stopped by a police man/women and have to show ID that I am a U.S. citizen. Just because I look like a immigrate! Hispanics will be racially targeted by police on the basis of their appearance. I don't know about you but I'm totally against this law! I'm sure there is another way to crack down on illegal immigrates. It's like my teacher and I was talking about...here I'll just show you the conversation.

Teacher: I think the solution might be helping other countries more and having tighter security..making sure there are no loop holes for becoming legal...catching those who are here on expired visas
Me: yes, now if only both goverments could agree to that.
Teacher: right
Me: *sigh* too bad governments don't like to work together.
Teacher: yes! It's frustrating. that and parts of south america is in serious trouble
Me: even kids know how to work together and will do it, but the governments don't like to! They need to learn from the kids. Oh yeah south america is in serious trouble. I have to now wait for it to be safer in Mexico so i can go on the mission trip I've been dying to go on.
Teacher: it's not easy to get the governments to work together. I say have different people fulfill the roles. People like you and your peers
Me: Yeah, well I'm hoping my peers as we get to age to be in the government will remember how to be able to work together, and remember all the times when we where mad at the governments for not working together so we will change.
Teacher: true
Anyway before I really start ranting about this. I need to go so I can finish English for the whole year. May the odds be in your favor!

To my birth mother

Hey everyone,
So last night while I was trying to get as much sleep as possible because I had the first segments of the MCA read test today, I woke up at 12:35ish. I woke up because of the thunderstorm and what I think was hail that was banging into my window. In other words it was super loud, so it kept me up. While I was up I started thinking about my birth mom. She was super special and she did what must have been the hardest thing a mother can do, she gave me up for adoption. She's super special because she could have 1) got an a abortion or 2) kept me even though she didn't have the best life or 3) put me up for adoption. As you know she put me up for adoption. While I was thinking about this, I started thinking what would I want her to know she made the best choice for me and etc.. While I was thinking about this I suddenly got up and grabbed my notebook and started writing this poem. Understand I wrote this half asleep, but I hope you enjoy it. Also to my birth mom I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You will always have a special place in my heart! Well I hope you enjoy the poem. May the odds be in your favor.

To my mother
by Sandra Cash

Thank you so much mother!
For you gave me the greatest gift a mother can give.
You gave me life,
even when you could have chosen not too.
Not only did you give me life,
but you also gave me to a family.
I know it must have been the hardest thing for you.
To give up your little baby girl,
and to know you might never see her again.
I want you to know the family you game me to
has raised me the best that they can.
They have give me the best they can give,
which in reality is a lot.

I want to thank you mother.
For loving me so much that you gave me up for adoption.
If you ever questioned if you did the right thing.
Let me tell you that you did the perfect thing for me.

Where ever you are dear mother.
I want you to know
You will always have a special place in my heart for you.
I love you and I'm thankful for everything you have done for me.
I will never forget all the sacrifices you have made just for me.
You made those sacrifices because you love me and for that I say
Thank you mother for everything! I love you!

MCA Rant

Hey everyone,
This week I have the MCA reading test which I'm not to thrilled about. =/ Though on the bright side if I pass it the first time I won't ever have to take it again. I hear that the math one is the worst. I also heard that the legislators are talking about that test and thinking about making it easier, because it's super hard. In either case I just hope I pass it next year, because next year is when I have to take it. =/ Well I'm hungry so I'm going to go! Don't forget to vote for http://www.refresheverything.com/everychildcansucceed
May the odds be in your favor.

LOL!

Hey everyone,
Okay so idk I believe it was a week ago, I did another interview for the stock market club. Here's the link. Did you noticed anything funny about it? LOL If you said Sarah Cash? Then you caught it. He messed up on my name but it's still me. It's quite funny because when he messed up my name and I told him it's Sandy Cash. He was so sorry, and from then on he called me Sandy, but as you can tell he forgot when he wrote the article. lol In any case oh well, at least everyone knew it was me, heck they didn't noticed until I started laughing about the article. Well I'm going to go so may the odds be in your favor.

Kyle Maschek needs your help. He's helping children who struggle to learn

Hey everyone,
This is from a friend of mien and I'd like you to help him out. You don't have to, but it would be very appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry to be so unspecific, I'm trying to cover as many people as possible so please read this message and help us.

I haven't talked to you in a while, but I need your help, your vote can make a huge difference in the lives of hundreds of children who struggle to learn. It will only take a minute of your time to make a dramatic impact. I've been working with children for the last 2 year and we are starting a charter school for children who struggle to learn OWL Charter academy. The following is information about children and what we are trying to do. You can visit our web site at www.Idaholearningcenter.org and www.owlcharter.org.

It is a fact that:

1. 1 out of 10 children struggle with a learning disability

2. A learning disability is the #1 cause of children failing in school

3. Many of these kids end up dropping out of school and into crime

It is also a fact that:

1. Learning disabilities CAN be treated

2. These smart kids CAN learn and they CAN succeed

I need your help during the month of April. Every month Pepsi is giving away grants to organizations with ideas that will help their communities. The Idaho Learning Center seeks to offer affordable intervention to all kids in our community who struggle with learning disabilities and scholarships to the very poor families. Please go to the link below and vote for our idea. Every vote matters every day of this month. At the end of the month, the idea with the most votes receives the grant for their community. Please help us make a difference in the lives of struggling kids. Would you please send this on to others who could take a minute to vote? And if you don't mind, I will send you a quick reminder every day I hope that won't be a problem, this is just critical for us.

Just click on the link below, or paste the address in your internet browser and click the vote button.

you will be asked to register the first time you vote, each person is only allowed 1 vote a day.

http://www.refresheverything.com/everychildcansucceed

Together we can help change the lives of these kids.

Please forward this on to as many people as you can we need all the votes we can get to be awarded this grant.

For the children,
Thank you,
Kyle Maschek

Wow, I'm in the newspaper

Hi everyone,
So last Friday I did a interview with the local newspaper, and today it came out! Don't believe me check it out here is the link. I'm super happy that this week is spring break. I mean we've got beautiful weather outside that just puts everyone in a good mood. The flowers are coming up; everything is just coming back. I'm also getting ready to add so more herbs to my herb garden. Oh how I love spring. I'm also happy for spring break right now because this month (April) Is going to be super busy!! I've got what seems like something to do on every single day of this month, thought thankfully it's almost all fun stuff. Well except for testing that's not really fun, but it's not horrible either. I'll fill you in on how this month turned out probably next month. Yikes! I hope I can get through this month. Anyway I've got to go make lunch for my sis and I, so may the odds be in your favor.
